Tender Title: THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF AN INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM
1. Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company Limited (LHPC) is committed to enhancing its
operational efficiency and communication capabilities across its facilities. As part of this
initiative, LHPC is undertaking a project to deploy robust integrated Security System at
key operational sites. This System will support Operational and Security functions.
2. Project Sites:
a) Head Office – Kabwe
b) Mulungushi Power Station – 60 km off graded gravel road from Kabwe
3. The briefscope, among other works, includes the following:
a) Video Management System (VMS) Deployment - GENETEC Security center.
b) Access Control System installation
c) Integration and System Testing
d) Structured Cabling and Network Configuration

4. LHPC Limited now invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and
commissioning of an integrated electronic security system at Multiple LHPC Sites as
per detailed scope of works provided in the solicitation document.
