Tender Title: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF CISCO IP PHONES
SYSTEM
1. Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company Limited (LHPC) is committed to enhancing its
operational efficiency and communication capabilities across its facilities. As part of this
initiative, LHPC is undertaking a project to deploy robust Cisco IP Phone System at key
operational sites. This System will support Operational and Administrative functions.
2. Project Sites:
a) Head Office – Kabwe
b) Mulungushi Power Station – 60 km off graded gravel road from Kabwe
c) Lunsemfwa Power Station - 60 km off graded gravel road from Kabwe
3. The briefscope, among other works, includes the following:
a) Supply and deliver Cisco IP phones: 23 standard phones and 7 executive
phones
b) Design and install a complete Cisco IP Telephony system with centralized call
control
c) Configure internal extension dialing, external calling (with PIN codes), voicemail,
and call forwarding
d) Implement speed dials for employee mobile phones
e) Test and commission the full solution across all sites
f) Provide user and admin training
g) Provide support, warranty, and documentation

4. LHPC Limited now invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and
commissioning of a CISCO IP Phone system at Multiple LHPC Sites as per detailed
scope of works provided in the solicitation document.
