Tender Title: Supply and Installation of Local Area Network (LAN) Infrastructure
1. Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company Limited (LHPC) is committed to enhancing its
operational efficiency and communication capabilities across its facilities. As part of this
initiative, LHPC is undertaking a project to deploy robust Local Area Network (LAN)
infrastructure at key operational sites. This infrastructure will support administrative
functions, improve data connectivity, and enable seamless communication between
departments and stations.
2. Project Sites:
a) Head Office – Kabwe
b) Mulungushi Power Station – 60 km off graded gravel road from Kabwe
c) Lunsemfwa Power Station – 80 km off graded gravel road from Kabwe
3. The briefscope, among other works, includes the following:
a) Structured cabling and network setup
b) Installation of switches, routers, and wireless access points
c) Server rack installations and configuration
d) Integration with Fiber Backbone across all sites.
e) Network testing and documentation.

4. LHPC Limited now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Install Lan
Infrastructure at Multiple LHPC Sites as per detailed scope of works provided in the
solicitation document.
